Contact Form

Upon submitting your message to us, an email will appear in our mailbox: info@jwebcreative.co.uk (we use emails provided by Graphic Icing www.graphicicing.co.uk). Jweb Creative will aim to contact you within 2 working days of your message, or as soon as by email or a phone call.

Initial Communication

Once initial communication has been completed, we may keep the email up to 1 year after receiving. If after a year no work is materialized following initial communication, the email will be deleted from our mailbox.

Printed Email Correspondence and phone call note takings.

All initial printed correspondence (email communications) and phone call note takings will be shredded after 3 months if work has never materialized into clients. During these 3 months they will be locked away securely using a key operated filling cabinet.

Testimonials

If you submit a testimonial we will use what you have said and your name on our website and social media channels. If you wish to remove a testimonial at any time, please contact us.
