Terms & Conditions

  • Jweb Creative aim to provide a creative personalised design service for print and web and based projects.

  • You will be assigned one designer who will work with you through the entire design process.

  • We recommend that full details of your requirements, including content are provided in writing to the designer at the start of the project, to enable comprehensive timescales and costings to be calculated.

  • Jweb Creative will only provide work that has been agreed and confirmed by the client in writing and any designs produced but not purchased by the client will remain the property of jwebcreative.

  • Jweb Creative will not be responsible for any breach of copyright from material supplied by the client i.e. content, images, logos, photographs.

  • Any issues in relation to hosting of the website are the responsibility of the hosting company and not that of Jweb Creative.

Process

  • Following an initial discussion we will provide you with a template for you to complete. Please state your exact requirements, timescales, content and any desired design work required.

  • Once the template has been received, a quotation will be prepared for consideration.

  • Work will only commence once we have received signed approval of the quotation and agreed deposit.

  • Any changes requested after this, will incur additional time and costs.

  • Before any designs go to print or development production, approval must be given and signed off by the client. No changes can be made after this stage of production.

  • Invoices must be settled with 14 days of work completed.

Maintaining Websites

  • Jweb Creative are happy to provide ongoing maintenance services for websites for an additional fee.

Acceptance and authorisation

  • The terms and conditions of the stated above apply in full to the services and products provided under these terms and conditions.
